Payment Terms & Conditions

At QE Group, we strive to make our payment process straightforward, secure, and transparent. These Payment Terms & Conditions govern the terms under which payments are made for our services. By making a payment to QE Group, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Method of Payment, Accepted Card Types, and Currency

We accept payments through secure online transactions using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.
All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
Payments are processed through our trusted payment gateway, which ensures that your information is protected using the latest security protocols.

Payment Gateway Charges

VAT and Payment Gateway Charge: A combined charge totaling 3% of the transaction amount, covering VAT and payment gateway fees, will be applied and deducted from the cardholder for each payment made via the payment gateway.
Non-Refundable Charge: This 3% charge is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases of cancellations or refunds of services, as it is applied at the time of transaction processing.
Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the payment, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to the deduction of the 3% charge for VAT and gateway processing fees.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

QE Group operates within the legal framework of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We DO NOT provide any services to or engage in any transactions with individuals, companies, or entities from countries that are subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in compliance with the UAE laws.
Any violation of this policy will result in the cancellation of services and payments will not be processed.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

a) Cancellation of Services:

If you wish to cancel a service or course enrollment, a written request must be submitted to QE Group’s administration within the allowable cancellation period. The eligibility for any refunds will be governed by the terms of our Refund Policy.
For cancellations made after the allowable cancellation period, no refunds will be provided.

b) Replacement of Services:

In the event that a course or service is no longer available or has been canceled by QE Group, students may choose to transfer to an alternative course or service, subject to availability.
If no suitable replacement is found, QE Group will process any applicable refunds as per our Refund Policy.

General Terms

Payments are considered final once processed, except in cases where refunds or replacements are applicable as per our policies.
We reserve the right to amend these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
Any disputes or issues arising from payment transactions are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the UAE.
